Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! However, our shipping provider has temporarily suspended shipments to Macedonia, Sudan, and Russia. Additionally, while we would love for international packages to be delivered quickly and within the approximate timeframe we provide you at checkout, there may be slight international delays.
What is the turnaround time for Custom and Revamp orders?
The turnaround time depends on a few factors: supplier shipping times, the amount of orders we have to fulfil, and the requested design. Custom orders will take slightly longer to fulfil as the heels are imported from the US. Once you place your order or put in your enquiry via our order form, we can provide you with a rough turnaround time. With all Custom or Revamp orders, we provide you with progress updates of your heels.
How well does the glitter stay on? Will it sprinkle everywhere I go?
All PHR's glitter heels are sealed with a strong sealant. There will be no glitter sprinkling along your path or sticking to your hands (we know how annoying this can be!). Click here to see a demonstration of the quality of our glitter heels.
How should I take care of my customised heels to make sure they last as long as possible?
The first and most important rule for glitter heels- don't get them wet! With any type of heels (customised or not) the duration in which their beauty is preserved is based on how you treat them. If you are performing actions like heel clacking, aggressive floor work, banging on objects etc. then this will begin to damage the heels and designs over time. Orders that include rhinestones will always be provided with a few extra.

Do you only work with Pleasers?
Nope! Despite our business name, PHR accepts all EXOTIC heel brands to be customised and revamped.
What is the difference between your Custom and Revamp services?
Our Custom service is the personalisation of brand new heels ordered from the supplier. The Revamp service is the personalisation and makeover of your own heels that you send to us. Can I get a refund for my order?
Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted (for all services and sales). If, however, there is a serious problem with your order and we have given you an exception to this policy, please expect a fee to be charged.
